Cowork Customer Support Plugin
Support co-pilot with 5 commands: /triage, /research, /draft-response, /escalate, /kb-article. Integrates with Intercom, HubSpot, Guru, Notion, Atlassian.
- Triage incoming support tickets by urgency and topic automatically
- Draft a customer response using your company's voice and templates
- Turn a resolved support case into a knowledge base article
Rated second-tier by Gradually.ai (lower than other plugins) — produces generic templates that need ~45 minutes of customization. Most useful for KB article generation and escalation packaging, less so for direct customer responses.
Support teams with established workflows who want to speed up ticket triage and documentation. Requires customization of response templates to match your brand voice.

Anthropic-official. Broad applicability, clear ROI. Intercom/HubSpot/Notion/Atlassian integrations.
Anthropic-official knowledge-work-plugins repo. 10.8K stars. Connectors are account-scoped, not workspace-scoped (JJ Englert finding).
2026-03-29: Connectors: Slack, Intercom, HubSpot, Guru, Jira, Notion, Microsoft 365. Official repo: https://github.com/anthropics/knowledge-work-plugins/tree/main/customer-support
2026-03-29: SECURITY FINDING (JJ Englert, Mar 2026): Cowork connectors are scoped at the Anthropic account level, NOT the workspace level. A connector added in one Cowork workspace is accessible in ALL workspaces under the same Anthropic account. This means: (1) connectors with sensitive access (email, calendar, CRM) bleed across all projects/workspaces; (2) multi-tenant setups sharing an Anthropic account are NOT isolated at the connector level; (3) evaluate connector blast radius across the full account, not just the workspace being configured.
