Pilot Shell
Wraps Claude Code in a professional dev environment that enforces linting, formatting, and type checking on every edit. Makes TDD mandatory, not optional.
Wraps Claude Code and Codex CLI in a spec-driven engineering workflow: /prd for requirements, /spec for plan-implement-verify with TDD, /fix for bugfixes, plus hooks that enforce linting, formatting, type checking, and tests as quality gates. Adds persistent context across sessions, semantic code search, a background automation agent, and a local web console.
- Enforce linting and formatting on every file Claude edits

Things to check
- Uses a license key (pilot activate, managed via the Polar members area) — check current pricing before assuming free. Requires the native agent installers; npm/brew-installed Claude Code must be removed first. Matching the quality gates to your team's linting/formatting rules takes configuration.
