## Scheduled Tasks

In Claude Cowork, you can schedule recurring tasks:

1. Open a Cowork conversation
2. Describe the task and schedule: "Every Monday at 7am, research [topic] and write a summary"
3. Claude will create a scheduled task that runs automatically

Important limitations:
- Tasks only run while your computer is awake and the Claude Desktop app is open
- Tasks run in Cowork mode with access to your designated folder
- You'll see results in your Cowork conversation history

Example prompts:
- "Every weekday at 8am, check my inbox folder for new files and summarize them"
- "Every Friday at 3pm, compile this week's notes into a weekly summary"
